Integrity Foods’ apricot puree is available in 240 kg cylindrical and conical metal drums with aseptic bags, securely strapped and stretched on four-way pallets. The product is offered with a Brix level of 28–30 or 30–32. For smaller requirements, we also provide 20 kg aseptic bags packed in cartons, available upon customer request.
• Fresh apricots are first delivered to our facility
• The fruit is thoroughly washed to eliminate any impurities
• They are then sorted and graded based on quality and size
• After sorting, the apricots are crushed into smaller pieces
• The pits are carefully removed, and the pulp is transferred to the pre-heating stage
• The mixture passes through a sieve to ensure complete purity
• The pulp is concentrated in two steps to achieve the desired consistency
• Once concentrated, the puree is aseptically packed under strict hygienic conditions
• Finally, the sealed packages are moved to cold storage, ready for distribution and consumption
