Rich in antioxidants, red plum puree helps combat free radicals in the body and supports overall health. The product preserves the vivid color and authentic taste of fresh red plums. With a Brix level of 30–32 and an acidity range of 2 to 4.5, our red plum puree is available in 220 kg metal drums or 20 kg aseptic cartons.

Integrity Foods’ red plum puree is available in 230 kg cylindrical and conical metal drums with aseptic bags, securely strapped and stretched on four-way pallets. The product is offered with a Brix level of 28–30 or 30–32. For smaller requirements, we also provide 20 kg aseptic bags packed in cartons, available upon customer request.

Production Process

• Fresh plums are received and thoroughly washed.

• The fruits are sorted by quality and size.

• They are then crushed, mashed, and carefully pitted.

• The pulp undergoes enzyme deactivation and filtration to ensure purity.

• Concentration is achieved through a two-stage vacuum process, enhancing flavor and consistency.

• Finally, the puree is aseptically packaged and stored in cold storage, preserving freshness and nutritional value until consumption.
